I had the incredible opportunity to work on the Netflix adaptation of Avatar: The Last Airbender. I first started working on the production back in 2018 when it was just in the concept phase. After it went away for a couple of years, I got the chance to work on the show again in two ways.
First, I helped with set dressing and the Virtual Art Department (VAD). This meant I got to help design places like Omashu and some Fire Nation streets.
Second, I worked as the Photogrammetry Supervisor. I made sure we had amazing, cleaned-up scan data by using my cleanup workflow and overseeing any scan data that came in from outside vendors.
Overall, I loved working on the show and would definitely be up for working on season 2 if I could!
