Over the years, I've poured many hours into this environment during my free time, using it as a sandbox to learn new workflows and techniques. It's about time I moved it onto the HDD drive, considering I've been diving into other environments in my free time.
This one was a blast to work on. I've always been a huge Pixar fan, and Toy Story has a special place in my heart. I wanted to create a scene that took me back to the early 2000s, and of course, I had to include a classic play carpet.

About 80% of the scene is made up of scanned assets, with the remaining 20% being hand-modeled. I personally handled all the scanning and clean-up of the assets. It was a lot of work, but it was also a lot of fun.
